Job Overview:

The Warehouse Specialist supports the cross dock and day-to-day operations of the North Las Vegas warehouse. This role unloads and loads trucks, picks and ships parts in support of field service needs, and stages gaming equipment and parts for local Las Vegas installations, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and timely execution.

Responsibilities:

Unloads and loads trucks for cross dock operations, verifying quantities, serial numbers, and condition against paperwork.
Receives, stages, and sorts inbound freight by destination for outbound dispatch.
Picks, packs, and ships parts from the warehouse to support field service requests.
Stages gaming equipment and parts for local Las Vegas installations per install schedules.
Scans all inventory movements in the WMS and keeps bin locations and counts accurate.
Reports damage, shortages, and discrepancies to the Warehouse Lead promptly.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area and follows all safety procedures.
Performs cycle counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory experience.
Current forklift certification required.
Experience with warehouse scanners and a WMS preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to safely use equipment to move heavy items such as gaming machines.
Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
Ability to obtain any gaming registration or work card required for the role.
